Finding Stevie: The Greatest Adventure of Our Lives

October 17th was when it all started. Sam, Reed, and Kelsie arrived to English class and realized that they had lost there dog Stevie. With our proffessors permission, we went off on our search. The start of our journey didn't go as planned. Reed ran out of the room and got bit by a venemous snake. Slowly, his foot started to fall off. Hopping on one foot, Reed was slowing Sam and Kelsie down, but soon enough we made it to the first floor. We then found a letter in which contained information informing us that Stevie was not lost, but was kidnapped. Oddly the kidnapper left us clues, a series of letters with corresponding locations, without any questions asked we started with clue #1.

Before we got started we had to find out what to do with Reed, so luckily we found a wheelchair, and he quickly adapted to his new lifestyle. Following the first clue we found the needed Encyclopedia of the Dog, where we found the first letter E. We got so excited so we took a picture!

On our clue sheet, we were informed that there was a Shark roaming around in the library. Immediately, we figured that the Shark was going to be by the history museum, so we headed there. With Reed's luck, he was attacked by the shark, and lost his other leg. However, our elusive trio found clue #2, so we took another picture.

The next clue was not very easy to find. We went up to second floor on our search for the most recent issue of the University newspaper. We knew that we had to search in the periodicals section to find this, so we went there and tried so hard to find the newspaper and the clue. After a long period of time, we finally found the clue so we took another picture!



As we searched for clue #4, we saw a shadow run in front of us. We were startled, but continued on our path to find the CD's. As we reached third floor, CD's were being thrown at us by a ninja. Kelsie got hit by a CD, got pissed, and then fought back and won. We then took another picture by the CD's where we found fourth clue.

After defeating the Ninja, Kelsie led us up to 4th floor where we had to find a description image of the kidnapper. We had to find a particular call niumber. We found it with ease and took another picture with our clue.

For our fifth clue, we had to go to fifth floor to find the hostage. According to our clue sheet, there would also be another letter to help solve our mystery word. We found the bright green shelving and searched long and hard for the hostage. As soon as we spotted the hostage, we had absolutely no idea where the letter was. We later found out that Kevin hid the letter from everybody on the safari. However, we still took a picture.

For our 6th and final clue, we had to decode a poster that described the SuDocs call numbers. We had to find the call number for the Smithsonian Instituion, which ended up being "SI." This was the finale of our clue finding, so we had to unscramble all of the letters to give us our solution of where Stevie was. Oh, and we took another picture.

We unscrambled the letters, and came up with the word "archives", this took us all the way back up to 6th floor after coming all the way back down to third. As we went back up, we had trouble deciding whether we were going to walk, or take the elevator. Unfortunately, Reed was left behind due to his injury, and was kidnapped by the cat. Reed fought back, and met up with the trio on 6th floor, and we took a picture with Stevie in the archives.
